INGREDIENTS :
Potatos : 4
Green chillies : 3
Onions : 2
Oil : 3 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste : 1 tsp
Urud dal : 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
zeera : 1/2 tsp
Channa dal : 1 tsp
Red chillies : 1
Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD :
- Take potatoes and peel them and cut them in to small pieces,and boil them.
- Take oil in to a pan ,add zeera,mustard seeds,urud dal,channa dal,red chilly.
- Add chopped onions ,and turmeric ,and fry them.
- when onions get slightly brown add ginger garlic paste and then fry up to 2 mins.
- Then add boiled potato pieces.
- Add salt & chilli powder,and add coriander leaves.
- It is a good combination with rice & roti and its indians favourite recipe.
