CUCUMBER RAITA

Yogurt - 200 ml
Cucumber finely chopped  - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper
Cumin powder - 2 pinches
Paprika Powder -  A pinch
Coriander leaves finely chopped- 1tsp




Preparation :

Whisk the yogurt.  Add a little water if desired. Add the cucumber, salt, pepperand cumin powder. Mix well. Put into a serving bowl and garnish with paprika and coriander leaves.
